The Silverton Method - our unique sparkle

 

The Silverton Method is completely natural, with no forced carbonation. The wine passing through two fermentation stages into bottles with no exposure to the air, allowing us to keep sulfite application to a minimum. Our wine is completely vegan.

The simplicity and naturalness of the process keeps our wine real - expressing the terroir and vintage. We make small batches of, each blended and aged to suit its unique character and packed with 5 bars of tiny bubbles waiting to explode with flavour.
